A new residential project has made its debut at 11681 Foothill Boulevard in the hills above Lake Terrace View, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new affordable housing complex overlooking Hansen Dam.
LA Family Housing and Many Mansions are the project developers. GGA is responsible for the designs.
Named Summit View Apartments, construction has reached completion for a new permanent supportive housing complex. The apartment complex consists of four interconnected buildings which feature 48 residential units, designed as a mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments. The units are reserved for formerly unhoused veterans earning between 30 and 50 percent of the area’s median income level.
Renderings showcase two-story and three-story structures constructed around central courtyard spaces, landscaped decks, and terrace gardens. The residential complex yields a built-up area totaling 120,000 square feet. It also features community rooms, a computer lab, fitness center, on-site services, laundry facilities, and surface parking for 17 vehicles.
