The project site is a parcel spanning three acres between North Spring and North Main Streets. The project will bring 445 residences, designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments.

Renderings reveal a contemporary design for the building. The project site is located across the street from Los Angeles State Historic Park. The development site sits just south of a mixed-use project featuring 280 apartments and retail space under construction. Last week, plans were filed with the City of Los Angeles for a new multifamily residential development. The project application awaits review and approvals. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
