Los Angeles City Planning Commission scheduled a review meeting for a residence proposed at 4141 West Sea View Drive in Mount Washington, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new single-family residence with an attached parking garage.
JM Kivotos Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a vacant parcel spanning an area of 10,398 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction of a single-family residence yielding a total built-up area of 4,131 square feet. The project will also include three covered parking.
A project review meeting has been scheduled for today ay 10:30 am, details of joining can be found here. The project sits is located within the Mount Washington – Glassell Park area.
The project application is under review, and the estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
