A new residential project has been approved for development at 6540 Rosemead Boulevard in Pico Rivera. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of hotel, Knights Inn hotel, with for-sale housing.
Brandywine Homes is the project developer. Danielian Associates is responsible for the designs.
The project site spans an area of four acres. The scope of work includes the redevelopment of a hotel and construction of nearly 100 townhomes. The hotel will make way for gated townhome complex offering 95 townhomes. The townhomes will be designed in 16 new three-story structures, as a mix of two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom dwellings.
The complex will feature a common pool. A total of 214 parking spaces will be provided for residents and guests.
Construction is expected to occur over approximately 32 months.
