A new office project has almost completed construction taking shape and form at 6344 Fountain Avenue, Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal included combining existing buildings and new construction to create new office space.
Bardas Investment Group is the project developer. West of West is responsible for the designs.

Named Echelon at 6344 Fountain, the new project features roughly 60,000 square feet of office space. The project rises four stories high. Renderings reveal a facade made of cross-laminated timber. The structure is arranged as a series of discrete blocks, featuring 2,800 square feet of native gardens and landscaping. The exterior showcases aluminum and imprinted wood.
House & Robertson Architects and Del Amo Construction are also on the project team. The estimated market availability has not been revealed yet.
The project site sits west of Vine Street, at the southeast corner of Fountain Avenue and Cahuenga Boulevard.
