A new office project has been proposed for development at 5835 Washington Boulevard in Culver City. The project proposal includes the development of a new three-story complex offering spaces for commercial and office uses along with onsite parking.
Santa Monica-based real estate firm Redcar Properties is the project developer. HGA is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the development of a three-story building offering 46,309 square feet of office/commercial space atop subterranean parking for 82 vehicles.
Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise structure capped by a rooftop amenity deck. The three-story complex will be clad in brick.

Culver City Planning Commission is scheduled to review the project proposal. Completion of the project is proposed in late 2025. The project site is located toward the north side of Washington Boulevard between Dauphin and Ernest Avenues.
