A new residential complex has been planned for development at 1933 Temple Avenue in Signal Hill. The project proposal includes the development of eight residences on an empty project site.
Signal Ventures LLC is listed as the project developer.

Named The Courtyard at Signal Hill, the project calls for the construction of eight detached single-family homes. All residents will be constructed as four bedroom, four bathroom floor plans, ranging 2,122 to 2,144 square feet in size. Additionally, each residence will feature a two-car garage.
Renderings reveal a facade rising two-stories high with Mediterranean-style houses arranged around a common driveway. Construction is expected to last over a roughly 14-to-16-month period.
The project site has been empty since 2016, and is located toward north of Pacific Coast Highway in Signal Hill.
