A new storage facility has finished construction at its project site at 7366 Osage Avenue in Westchester, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a new six-story building offering space for self-storage. The project is built on the former site of a mortuary.
Cardiff Mason Development is the project developer. Morphosis is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work included the development of a new self-storage facility rising six stories high and yielding a total space of 50,000-square feet consisting of three above-grade levels and three below-grade levels. The storage facility also offers parking for 17 vehicles.
Renderings revealed a modern facade in metallic finish inlaid with text and highlighted by a yellow painted wall beneath exterior screens.
The project starts construction in early 2023. The project is located toward west of the 405 Freeway.
