A new mixed-use project is reached completion at 1700 Pacific Coast Highway in Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a five-story mixed-use building offering spaces for 115 residential units, retail space, and a 110-room hotel.
Beverly Hills-based Legado Companies is listed as the project developer. AO is responsible for the designs.
The project site spans an area of 4.3 acres. Named Legado Redondo, the project has been under construction for the last year. With wrapping almost coming off, the project brings a new five-story building offering 115 residential units above 22,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Plans also call for parking below the building.
An adjacent hotel, Palos Verdes Inn, is also being renovated as part of the project, and will reopen as a 110-key hotel featuring a modern exterior and a rooftop pool deck.
The project site is located near the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Palos Verdes Boulevard.
