The scope combines ground-up office construction with reuse of existing buildings, bringing the overall floor area to roughly 75,000 square feet.
The property is being developed by Bardas Investment Group. Project plans indicate that the program will include office suites distributed across newly constructed volumes and renovated space within retained structures.The site plan allocates 156 vehicle parking spaces and approximately 500 square feet of street-facing retail area.

Design responsibilities are led by West of West, with House & Robertson serving in an executive architectural role and KSA overseeing landscape design. Elevations illustrate a campus arranged around a central open-air courtyard, with individual structures reaching four levels. Exterior finishes shown in renderings include plaster surfaces, cementitious panels, wood accents, and tile detailing.

Outdoor amenities are distributed vertically throughout the project, including elevated terrace spaces incorporated into upper floors. Landscaping elements are incorporated throughout the courtyard and perimeter zones to soften the site’s edges and frame pedestrian entries along Cahuenga Boulevard.

Completion is anticipated in late 2026, after which the campus will consist of interconnected office structures oriented around shared courtyard space.
