Offices Ready at 6344 Fountain Avenue, Hollywood, Los Angeles

The city of Los Angeles has welcomed a new office building at 6344 Fountain Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a new four-story office building, to be utilized with existing buildings as new office space.

Bardas Investment Group is the project developer. West of West is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work included the development of a new office building spanning roughly 60,000 square feet. Named Echelon at 6344 Fountain, the project was developed as an office space repurposing existing buildings and new construction.

The new building features cross-laminated timber construction. The project also boasts 2,800 square feet of native gardens and landscaping. The facade is expressed using extruded aluminum with an imprinted wood texture.

The project site is located toward west of Vine Street, on the southeast corner of Fountain Avenue and Cahuenga Boulevard in the vibrant neighborhood of Hollywood.
