A new infill project is under construction taking shape and form at 1069 Exposition Boulevard in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story mixed-use infill project offering space for residential and commercial uses.
Mosaic Investment Partners is the project developer. Sorensen Architects is responsible for the designs.
A few months into construction, scaffolding can be seen at the project site for a seven-story building. Named Tessera, the project will be a seven-story mixed-use structure once completed. The building will feature 53 residential units designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Renderings showcase a contemporary design for the low-rise structure. Onsite amenities include a rooftop pool, a courtyard, a fitness center, and a dog park.
Completion of Tessera is expected in Spring 2025. The project site is located near the Expo/Vermont metro station. The project site sits west of USC campus.
