The project site is developed with a parking garage along the south side of the site toward 7th Street. Plans call for the redevelopment of the site to construct two 23-story towers featuring a combined 760 units. The units will be designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Commercial space spanning an area of 6,359 square feet will be developed on the ground floor. Parking for nearly 1,300 vehicles will also be developed on the premises.

The project was proposed eight years ago, and approvals were granted recently. The project site is located south of Wilshire Boulevard in Koreatown.

Construction of the towers will take roughly two years. Groundbreaking for the project has not been announced.
