Los Angeles-based development firm Category Company has completed the construction of a four-story infill housing complex at 4847 Beverly Boulevard in Hancock Park. The project features a housing complex with sixteen units. The project site previously housed a duplex which was demolished when construction for the housing complex began in 2019.
Bittoni Architects is responsible for design concepts and construction.
The complex has a facade rising to an elevation of forty feet. The housing complex features subterranean parking spaces beneath the building. Other on-site amenities are inclusive of a rooftop deck, shared open spaces, and an open corridor for its residents.
The contemporary style structure features a podium-style form, including private balconies and a central courtyard.
Located in the south of Larchmont, the property site is in a walk and bike-friendly neighborhood. Other housing projects can be seen nearby, including Qwil apartments four blocks north of Wilton Place.
