A new supportive housing complex has finished construction at 4220 Montclair Avenue in Jefferson Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story supportive housing complex offering supportive housing units with onsite services.
PATH Ventures is the project developer. Gonzalez Goodale Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

Named PATH Villas Montclair, the project brings 45 supportive housing units. Residents will have access to supportive services in a safe and stable environment. The residences will be offered as studio apartments, reserved for chronically homeless persons. On-site supportive services will include case management, life skills training, and substance abuse counseling.
Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise building, featuring a community lounge with a kitchen, a roof deck, and a landscaped courtyard.

Funding for the $40 million+ project was provided by Pacific Western Bank, Raymond James, the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), the Corporation for Supportive Housing, and the California Department of Housing and Community Development.

Located just south of Adams Boulevard, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held yesterday to mark the opening of the complex.
