The project proposal includes the development of a 60-story high-rise, offering residential units and onsite amenities. The project replaces an onsite surface parking lot before breaking ground. Canadian real estate development firm, Onni Group, is the project builder. IBI Group and Chris Dikeakos Architects are responsible for the design concepts.
