Another High-Rise Ascends at 1000 South Hill Street in Downtown Los Angeles

A new high-rise tower is almost completed taking shape and form at 1000 South Hill Street in Downtown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new 54-story tower offering space for residential units and commercial space. The project replaced a parking lot on the site.

Onni Group is the project developer. IBI Group is the project architect. Chris Dikeakos Architects worked on the initial plans.

The project has been under construction since the last couple of months. The high-rise tower is now almost complete to offer a total of 685 apartments and commercial space on the ground floor. Parking will be offered for more than 1,000 vehicles. The tower will rise to a height of 593 feet.

The project site is located at the intersection of Olympic Boulevard and Hill Street in Downtown Los Angeles. The estimated market availability has not been revealed yet.
