Mixed-Use Ready at 10401 Washington Boulevard, Palms
A new mixed-use project has wrapped up construction at its allocated project site at 10401 Washington Boulevard in Palms. The project included the construction of an eight-story mixed-use building offering spaces for residential and retail spaces. The mixed-use sprouted on the former site of the BTS Thrift Store across from Sony Pictures Studio. California Landmark Group is the project developer. Abramson Architects is responsible for the designs.
