Apartments Sprouting At 10401 Washington Boulevard In Palms
A new residential project is taking shape and form at 10401 Washington Boulevard in Palms. The project proposal includes the construction of an eight-story mixed-use building offering spaces for residential and retail spaces. The mixed-use building will be located on the former site of the BTS Thrift Store across from Sony Pictures Studio. California Landmark Group is the project developer. Abramson Architects is responsible for the designs.
