A new residential project is taking shape and form at 11261 Santa Monica Boulevard in Sawtelle. The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-story building offering space for residential use along with onsite parking and amenities. Wiseman Residential is the project developer. Uriu & Associates are responsible for the designs, taking over KFA Architecture.
