A new mixed-use project is under construction at 1341 Gardena Boulevard in Gardena. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story building offering retail and residential spaces. The project calls for the demolition of an existing single-story building used as the Gardena Valley YMCA. Los Angeles-based real estate firm South Bay Developers is the project developer.
