A new housing project site is getting ready for development at 1402 South Veteran Avenue in Westwood. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story, 23-unit infill development. The project requires the demolition of an apartment building with six units that was constructed in the 1940s. Century City-based investor Brennen Hakimian is the project developer. Warren Techentin Architecture is responsible for the designs.
