A new large-scale affordable housing project has broken ground at 14545 Lanark Street in Panorama City. The project proposal includes the development of affodable housing complexes featuring studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Clifford Beers Housing is the project developer, who celebrated the opening of the new housing project. Perkins&Will is responsible for the design concepts.
