A new residential project is under construction at 2400 Long Beach Boulevard, Midtown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story building offering space for retail use and apartments at affordable rates. The housing complex will be built along the A Line’s right-of-way. It replaced a school bus depot on the site. Meta Housing Corp is the project developer. The Architects Collective is responsible for the designs.
