A new mixed-use project can be seen rising from its project site located at 3223 Wilshire Boulevard in Mid-City Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering spaces for retail and residential uses. The project replaces a former Aahs! store on the site. Los Angeles-based Cypress Equity Investments is the project developer. Oakland-based firm Pyatok is responsible for the designs.
