142 Apartments Planned in Six-Story Mixed-Use Building at 5451 West Adams Boulevard
A new six-story mixed-use project is planned at 5451 West Adams Boulevard in West Adams, Los Angeles. The proposal, filed by CIM Group, would replace the longtime Advance Food Market property with a contemporary building featuring 142 apartments above street-level retail. Design work is being handled by Kevin Tsai Architecture.
