Affordable Housing Proposed At 8616 North Sepulveda Boulevard in North Hills
A new residential building has been proposed for development at 8616 North Sepulveda Boulevard in North Hills. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story building offering spaces for affordable housing units. The project will replace a used car dealership on the site. Los Angeles-based developer Uncommon is the project developer. JZA Architecture is responsible for the designs.
