Mixed-Use Proposed at 1445 North Las Palmas Avenue, Hollywood
A new residential project has been proposed for development of 1445 North Las Palmas Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story mixed-use building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. The project site previously housed the Hollywood Playhouse theater, a long-vacant building that was a victim of a fire in 2022. And Asset Management is listed as the project developer. Urban Design Specialists is responsible for the designs.
