A new affordable housing development has been proposed at 1132 West Florence Avenue in the Vermont Knolls neighborhood of Los Angeles. The project would bring a six-story building with 29 apartments to a site currently occupied by a single-family home. Dreamwork Development LLC is listed as the applicant.
