A new mixed-use development has been proposed at 2306 South Beverly Boulevard in Westlake. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering residential and retail spaces along with onsite amenities. Plans call for the demolition of an auto repair shop located on the site. Developer Leo Lee is the property owner. EWAI is designing the building.

A new residential building is rising at 2870 Olympic Boulevard in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story apartment building, replacing a commercial building and single-family home at the southeast corner of Olympic Boulevard and Kenmore Avenue. Real estate development firm LiveWorkCreate is the project developer. EWAI is designing the apartment complex.
