A new senior housing complex celebrated ground breaking ceremony at its project site at 1800 East La Vita Avenue in Orange. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story senior housing complex offering 166 units. USA Properties Fund is the project developer. Safehold Inc is responsible for the designs.
