A new residential project has been pitched for construction at 1212 East 4th Street in Santa Ana in Orange County. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-income housing community designed as a four-story building. Unison Real Estate Group LLC is the project developer.

The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale multi-family residential complex rising five stories high. The project replaced a car dealership on the site. The project is a joint venture between MBK Rental Living and Haseko Corporation. AO is responsible for the designs.
Ground has broken at 4th Street and Main Street, in Santa Ana. The brand new project is being built in the city’s downtown by Toll Brothers Apartment Living and partner EJF Capital. It is “The first luxury multifamily community to be built here in decades,” according to Charles Elliott, president of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. “The Rafferty” is the Company’s Second Multifamily Community in the larger area of Orange County.
