A new residential project is under construction at its site at 1600 West Lincoln Avenue in Anaheim, Orange County. The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale multi-family residential complex rising five stories high. The project replaced a car dealership on the site.
The project is a joint venture between MBK Rental Living and Haseko Corporation. AO is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 5.2 acres. Named Zia, the apartment complex is taking shape and form to be available in mid-2024. The project will bring 315 residential units designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The apartments will range from 600 square feet to 1,900 square feet in size. The building will rise five stories high.
Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise structure featuring an amenity space measuring 4,900 square feet. Residents will enjoy on-site amenities such as a fitness center, a children’s lounge area, a pool, multiple courtyards, and co-working spaces. For recreation, a basketball court, a walking path, and a private park will be designed on-premises.
Landscaped open areas will also be developed. Sitescapes is the landscape architect on the project. The interiors are designed by Design-Art.
The project site sits south of the I-5 freeway in Anaheim.
