A new residential project has been proposed for development at 233 North Robinson Street in Westlake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of three residential buildings with Accessory Dwelling Units. Plans call for the demolition of two on-site dwellings from 1920s home just south of Temple Street. 233 Property LLC is the property owner and applicant. Scales Lab Architects is responsible for the designs.
