High-Rise Towers Proposed at 3030 Nebraska Avenue, Santa Monica

Four new high-rise towers have been proposed for development at 3030 Nebraska Avenue in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the development of four new high-rise buildings. Madison Realty Capital is the project developer. SCB and Large Architecture are designing the towers.

Excavation has started at 520 South Mateo Street. The project is in development by Carmel Partners, a firm with offices from Hawaii to New York. The building aims to be the first high-rise in Los Angeles’ historic Arts District.
