Construction work has begun for an affordable housing project proposed at 3300 Washington Boulevard in Arlington Heights, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a new four-story residential building offering units as affordable housing options, along with retail space. The project site was previously home to an oil drilling warehouse. Thomas Safran & Associates is the project developer. BSB Design is responsible for the designs.
