A new senior housing project reached completion and is now available at 2562 West Pico Boulevard in Pico-Union, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story structure utilized as a senior housing complex. San Diego-based real estate firm Wakeland Housing & Development Corporation is the project developer. FSY Architects is responsible for the designs.
