San Gabriel City Council approves a mixed-use project at 700-800 San Gabriel Boulevard. The project proposal includes the development of a building offering residential and retail space. Four years after announcing plans to redevelop the former site of a nursery with condominiums, the project is moving forward. Pacific Plaza Premier Development Group is the project developer.
