The Los Angeles City Planning Commission has approved a new affordable housing development at 17829 West Halsted Street in Northridge, clearing the way for a five-story residential project near the Cal State University, Northridge campus….
The “Mosaic” planned community continues to form in Northridge, at 8350 North Reseda Boulevard. Meritage Homes is the developer behind the project. Some of the homes are completed, while others are still in the works. Previous structures were demolished to create a new neighborhood.
“Aspire Northridge” has opened at 9131 Darby Avenue in Northridge, Los Angeles. Located across the street from CSU Northridge, it will bring more housing to students. Nordhoff Darby LLC was listed as the developer, although the Northridge site is managed by LBPM.
