House Reconstruction at 14920 West Ramos Place, Pacific Palisades, Continues Trend of Regional Development

John and Emily Park, representatives of the Park Family Trust, have seized ownership of the property located at 14920 West Ramos Place, Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. Near schools, shopping areas, restaurants, and the Pacific Coast Highway. This new project is set to be in a prime California location. With Crest Real Estate’s help, they aim to create a unique and updated living space contributing to the surrounding neighborhood.

The single-family dwelling is set to be 10,194 square feet that will also be accompanied by a three-car garage and basement, constituting an additional 2,394 square feet. Shain Development Inc has been contracted for the construction of this site, but no timetable has been set for the demolition of the current building in place nor the beginning of the housing project.

  1. too bad it’s being demolished…the facade is lovely (except for the garage….) one skillful developer could keep the facade, and weave a new house with character into it……
