Located in the heart of Koreatown, Orbinvest Capital has gotten the green light to create a new and affordable apartment complex. The building will be within walking distance of both the subway line and bus stops circulating the greater Los Angeles area. When the site is complete, Orbinvest Capital aim to have a welcoming environment that feels new but that is also inspired by the history of the buildings within the city limits.

The proposed project sets the structure at 17,593 square feet reaching a maximum height of 70 feet. This complex will be comprised of 18 units divided amongst one and two bedrooms for rent spread across five levels. An additional sixth floor will be provided at the base for parking which will consist of 36 spaces as well as an additional 9 for bicycles.

KB Fard Architecture has developed the visual representation of what their client wants of this location, but demolition of the two buildings that currently reside at this site are still needed in order to move forward. There is no set date for construction just yet, but as soon as one is set Free Creation Inc will begin the process of turning this envisioned complex into a reality.
