Private investors have received approval for a mixed-use proposal at 811-815 South Ocean Front Walk in Venice, Los Angeles. The waterfront project will add yet more housing on top of a ground-level restaurant to the retail-packed neighborhood. 811-815 Ocean Front Walk LLC is listed as responsible for the development.

The new Venetian project will stand at 39 feet tall and will include 9 residential units with a restaurant on the first floor summating to a total of 13,412 square feet. The dwelling spaces will vary in structure but will all be either one-bedroom or studio with a balcony. The restaurant will be 1,568 square feet with expected guest capacity to be at 50, it will also permit the selling of alcohol. There will be 30 parking space included on the first level and subterranean floor with 17 of them being reserved for residential use.

This project was approved in December 2020 but still waits for the demolition of the 9 existing residential dwelling units that are currently occupying this space. Reed Architectural Group will be responsible for designing this new mixed-use venture.
