A new center for living and retail opportunities is coming to 4242 South Crenshaw Boulevard. Located within walking distance of multiple bus stops, Community Builder Group aim to create a space for residential dwelling as well as commercial diversity in order to create an enjoyable environment. This project is a part of Los Angeles’s continual efforts to create inclusive and modern living spaces for all who seek it.

This new project will consist of 5 levels reaching a height of 69 feet and spanning a total of 107,940 square feet. The first floor will be entirely dedicated to commercial uses while the remaining four levels will be dedicated to hosting 124 residential dwelling units ranging from studio to two-bedrooms. 14 of the units will be reserved for Very Low Income households. The site will also consist of 60 parking spaces with an additional 90 long term and 12 short term spaces for bicycles.
This new structure will also offer 13,900 square feet of usable open space. This will include the implementation of balconies, an 850 square foot private deck on the second level and an 8,450 square foot roof deck consisting of seating areas, outdoor working areas and recreational space.

Natoma Architects Inc have designed this new project to be modern and attractive to potential residential clients and commercial consumers alike. The site still waits for the demolition of the auto body shop, car wash and takeout food stand that currently occupy this space before any construction can begin.
