Construction has topped out at 12575 Venice Boulevard in Mar Vista, Los Angeles. The structure, in development by LaTerra, will bring more housing to the Venice Mar Vista Arts District, recently created by the City of Los Angeles. The site was purchased in 2019. The location is a short drive from Google, Facebook, Apple, Amazon Studios, and Sony.

The building is five stores high, with three levels of basement. When finished, it will be 55.67 feet tall, 110 feet long, and 98 feet wide, with a floor area of 43,592 square feet. Inside, there will be 52 units. The structure received a 35 percent density bonus, by including five extra units in the total.

Amenities will include a coworking/uber lounge, courtyard, and clubhouse. There will be a Skydeck separated into areas designated for fun and games, BBQ & alfresco dining, and outdoor movies. The location will include 1,641 square feet of landscape. There will be 52 long-term and 5 short-term bicycle parking spaces, as well as 28 compact, 2 disabled, and 13 standard car parking spaces.

TCA Architects designed the boutique community to have a coastal and vibrant atmosphere. The project will feature local art & design from creatives in the immediate neighborhood. The permit valuation for the project is $9.1 million.
