New residential development can be seen taking its form at 760-788 North Hyperion Avenue in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the demolition of four single-family dwellings and the construction of fourteen three-story houses. 4C Design Group is managing the design concept and construction and Lazer Properties Inc is the project developer invested in the housing project.
The project site is a 30,000 square-foot lot. The new residential development will offer fourteen single-family for-sale homes. The houses will feature three bedrooms, and two-car garages each. The gross floor areas range from 2,175 square feet to 2,247 square feet.
Named The Terra Development, the facade will rise to a height of thirty-five feet and is expressed in the architecture style of black and white exteriors topped by rooftop terraces and attached garages.
The anticipated date of project completion has not been announced yet. The project site is located one block toward the west of the Bellevue Recreation Center in Silver Lake.
