New small lot houses can be seen flourishing at 3400 North Fletcher Drive in Glassell Park, Los Angeles. The new development features eighteen single-family residences with surface parking.
Landscape architect Susan E. McEowen and contractor Sunia Build Inc are managing the design and construction of the project. 3400 Fletcher LLC, a Toluca-based corporation associated with the MacArthur Family Trust, is listed as the project developer.
The project site is a lot spanning across an area of 35,723 square feet. The residences are arranged along private walkways and driveways on the site. Each of the houses will rise to a facade height of three levels and span across a floor area ranging between 2,249 square feet and 3,216 square feet. Parking spaces for 36 vehicles are also proposed. The building facade will rise to a height of 37 feet.
The estimated date of project completion has not been announced yet. The property site is located at the intersection of Fletcher Drive and Avenue 34.
