The exterior facade of a commercial structure can be seen making progress at 3443 Long Beach Boulevard in Long Beach. The property site is the global headquarters of the software company Laserfiche. The new construction is the fourth occupied by the software company in Long Beach.
Studio One Eleven is responsible for the design concepts and construction. Local real estate company Urbana Development is the project developer.

The building spans an area of 100,000 square feet, offering office space. The company decided to expand its footprint into a new four-story structure last year. The new development will offer a parking garage with a capacity to park up to 343 vehicles.
The architecture of the new development incorporates mid-century styles and features large windows and terrace decks to welcome natural light in the large workspaces.

The project, which is targeting LEED Gold certification, is on pace for completion in 2021.
The property site is located on Long Beach Boulevard near the San Diego Freeway.
