Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety issued construction permits for a new apartment complex at 21001 West Kittridge Street in Canoga Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story apartment complex with an on-site parking facility.
Architects Orange is managing the design concept and construction of the project. San Diego-based firm, Fairfield Residential, is the project developer.
The project will be developed on a site spanning across 3.5 acres. Named LUME Apartments, the residential complex will consist of 275 residences offered as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The complex will feature a six-storycentral parking structure with a capacity of proving parking spaces for 400 vehicles. An open space of 32,000 square feet is proposed. Other on-site amenities are inclusive of a fitness center, a lounge, and a rooftop deck.
The renderings reveal a contemporary structure designed in metal siding, brick veneer, and plaster.
The date of project completion is estimated to be 2022. The project site is located northwest of Kittridge Street and independence Avenue in Canoga Park.
