Conceptual design plans have been revealed for nine apartments at 3520 West Marathon Street in Silver Lake. The proposed development will replace an existing early 20th-century single-family house standing on the site.

Los Angeles-based real estate and design firm SuperLA is responsible for the project.

Named TerraceHouse, the three-story building will offer nine residences. Plans reveal one and two-bedroom residences. On-site amnesties are inclusive of a rooftop deck, a front yard, and atrium gardens to be enjoyed by the residents.

The developer and the design team have emphasized sustainable architecture designs to chalk out the plans for TerraceHouse; apartments without gas hookups that rely on natural ventilation and have a solar array and stormwater management. The building is designed with recycled building materials.

The estimated date of project construction is 12 months, starting in the third quarter of 2021.

The property site is located east of the Bellevue Recreation Center.
