The building will be six stories tall, with 51,000 square feet of floor. It will be 60 feet tall, 91 feet wide, and 127 feet long. 60 units will be inside. 6 of them will fall under the extremely low-income tier. Amenities will include a rooftop deck and a recreation room. A total of 1,300 square feet of landscape is included in the plans.

There will be 3 levels of basement garage. Inside, there will be 2 compact, 2 disabled, and 61 standard parking stalls, and 48 long-term and 5 short-term bicycle parking spaces. A bus stop at the corner of the block will provide additional transportation to and from the site.
