“Upper Ivy” has recently started accepting residents, at 8809 Washington Boulevard, as part of the latest phased opening of the Ivy Complex in Culver City, Los Angeles. WarnerMedia partially uses the massive $350 million project, and Apple recently builds its new complex directly across National Boulevard.

“Upper Ivy” was developed as a joint venture between Lowe, Rockwood, and AECOM-Canyon Partners. It is located on the cross streets of Washington and National Boulevards. It is six stories high, with 200 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, and penthouse units and townhomes.

Residents can enjoy a pool deck with a spa and lounge chairs. There is a fitness center, clubroom, cabana, and courtyard. A standout feature is a lounge, which has a collection of vinyl records to listen to. Prices start in the low three thousand and top out at over eight thousand.

There are a total of 250 assigned parking spaces for residents. The total includes 33 tandem assigned for 33 of the 50 2-bedroom apartments and 50 unassigned guest parking required for residential users. 6 accessible stalls, and 2 van-accessible stalls, are part of the total. The next phase of Ivy Station is “The Shay,” a hotel that Hyatt will run. It is estimated to open in the fall of this year.
